About
I've realized that I have three main passions in life: science, cooking, and beer. Science has provided me with my present career goal - I am studying for my MD, and planning to go into surgery or emergency medicine. Cooking has provided me with sanity - it is wonderfully distracting when I find that I'm becoming overwhelmed by coursework. Beer has provided me with a chance to geek out - I love exploring the depth of flavor that people have created by experimenting with and expanding upon just a few basic ingredients.
